Transfer and Repositioning Sheets

Transfer and Repositioning Sheets are essential to have for individuals who have difficulty repositioning themselves on the bed, have an injury and need careful repositioning, or need to be rotated every once in a while to reduce the incidence of pressure sores. The slide sheets come in a variety of sizes and fabric compositions to choose from but serve the same purpose.

The Skil-Care Transfer and Repositioning Sheets help minimize the risk of injury for the healthcare workers. The sheets make it easy for nurses and staff to achieve compliance to your turning protocol while providing the best care and minimizing additional stress on the patient. These sheets made of a low-friction material that glides, therefore reducing the level of exertion and they require fewer caregivers and less time. These sheets can be used one time or clean and launder for repeat use.

PRESSURE RELIEF DESIGN: Engineered to alleviate sacral pressure, Skil-Care's Positioning Wedges help in preventing decubitus ulcers, making them essential for bedridden patient care.

• DO NOT use the slide sheets to lift patients. Only use to slide, reposition or transfer patients.
• Patient positioning should be done according to your facility’s patient handling procedures.
