I have spasticity due to ALS that causes my legs and feet to press together. This is the perfect item to keep my legs separated and heels elevated.
The product was exactly as described on the website. It is a high quality product that was exactly what I needed. I did modify the product to have a rail on both sides of the bed. I cut the piece to connect the both sets of side rails. It is perfect.
The item is perfect. Fits 36 in by 6in x6in. Doesn't move. HOLDS the space securely.
I ordered the Stand and Assist Sit on October 1st 2025 it is now Tuesday the 14th. I was told that it was shipped on the 3rd. After repeated phone calls they text me on Friday the 10th and now tell me it will be shipped on Friday October 17th and then I don't know how long it will be to receive it. Meanwhile My Wife fell on the 11th because I couldn't handle her, so back to the Hospital and now in rehab because of poor service by ProHeal. Now they ask me to review the product that they haven't even sent yet. Does it sound like I'm pissed, you bet. To be fare now the product is great, she used it in rehab the first time around and that is why I purchased it. If you buy I would recommend you purchase through Amazon I'm sure you will have a much better experience

Order for my husband to use on a cruise in November. He has bad knees and hip . He is happy with the quality . Very easy to put together. Would recommend to anyone looking . Better then what we thought it would be .
