Bed rails, also known as bed guards or side rails, are barriers designed to prevent falls from the bed. They can be made from various materials, including metal, wood, or plastic, and are available in several designs to cater to different needs and preferences.
Designed primarily for children and the elderly, these rails ensure safety by preventing accidental falls.
Ideal for adjustable beds, these rails move in tandem with the bed's positioning, offering flexibility and support.
Lightweight and easy to install, portable bed rails are perfect for travelers or temporary setups.
The primary benefit of bed rails is the prevention of falls, making them essential for vulnerable sleepers.
Bed rails provide support for getting in and out of bed, aiding those with mobility issues.
Knowing that you or your loved one is safer can lead to better sleep quality and peace of mind.
Assess the needs of the person using the bed rails, whether it's for safety, support, or comfort.
Choose materials and designs that complement your bedroom's aesthetics while ensuring functionality.

To ensure longevity and effectiveness, it's crucial to follow the manufacturer's instructions for installation and maintenance. Regular checks for stability and wear are recommended.
While bed rails offer many benefits, it's important to use them correctly to avoid entrapment or injuries. Always ensure they are securely attached and properly aligned with the mattress.

FAQs
Had everything needed for state board compliance! Hopefully we don't need it too much in the salon.
Product is sturdy and reliable. Easy to use and store. Cheaper to buy here than through another equipment company.
These hold a lot and hold up well. Exactly as advertised.
I have spasticity due to ALS that causes my legs and feet to press together. This is the perfect item to keep my legs separated and heels elevated.
The product was exactly as described on the website. It is a high quality product that was exactly what I needed. I did modify the product to have a rail on both sides of the bed. I cut the piece to connect the both sets of side rails. It is perfect.
The Q-bar doesn’t work on my bed and every time I tried to contact some one to return it they say they’re not the one and give me a phone number and it all starts over they want my personal information and l am back to square one, by the time I pay shipping and restocking fees I might as well chock it up as an expensive lesson learned.
The item is perfect. Fits 36 in by 6in x6in. Doesn't move. HOLDS the space securely.
I ordered the Stand and Assist Sit on October 1st 2025 it is now Tuesday the 14th. I was told that it was shipped on the 3rd. After repeated phone calls they text me on Friday the 10th and now tell me it will be shipped on Friday October 17th and then I don't know how long it will be to receive it. Meanwhile My Wife fell on the 11th because I couldn't handle her, so back to the Hospital and now in rehab because of poor service by ProHeal. Now they ask me to review the product that they haven't even sent yet. Does it sound like I'm pissed, you bet. To be fare now the product is great, she used it in rehab the first time around and that is why I purchased it. If you buy I would recommend you purchase through Amazon I'm sure you will have a much better experience
