Covered cylindrical foam cushions that can be mounted to most armrests to reduce unwanted lateral leaning.

Wheelchair Lateral Stabilizer Armrest Bolster is designed to reduce reliance on physical restraints. These bolsters reduce lateral leaning for wheelchair patients who lean to the left or right.  The bolster can be used on upright armrests or mounted on a vertical backrest bar to provide additional stability.

Comfort & Stability: Enhance wheelchair comfort with armrest bolsters, perfect for providing extra support and stabilization for full or desk-length arms.

Versatile Sizing: Available in 5" and 6" diameters to fit a variety of wheelchair armrests, with a 16" length for full arms and 11" for half arms.

Premium Materials: Choose between a soft blue polyester cover or a luxurious synthetic sheepskin for additional comfort and skin protection.

Durable Construction: Each bolster is sold individually, featuring reinforced stitching for longevity and resilience in daily use.

Application:
1. Two bolster will be required for patient stabilization.
Select the proper size bolsters for your patient. 6-inch diameter for most patients; 5-inch diameter for heavy patients.
2. Remove covers and place the bolsters over the wheelchair armrests, slit side down
3. Replace covers-open side down-and secure hook-and loop closures.

Alternate Application:
For some patients, applying the bolsters to the vertical bar on the wheelchair backrest may provide more lateral support. If you wish to use the bolsters in this manner, apply them to the right.

Cover Laundering or Cleaning:
Both the polyester and sheepskin covers may be laundered and dried at temperatures up to 180°F (82°C). Bleaching to not recommended. To reduce the amount of lint that may accumulate in the hook-and-loop closures during laundering, we suggest that you wash and dry the covers nylon covers may be cleaned with a spray-type cleaner.

- This device is not a restraint.
- It is designed to provide lateral posture support only.
- The determination as to the appropriateness of the Lateral Stabilzer Armrest Bolster for a specific patient is the responsibility of the facility and its professional and medical staff.
