This is such a great help for my son. The cushion on his wheelchair sags because of the sling type base underneath. This insert creates a flat base for the cushion, keeping his hips and knees in alignment. Itās wonderful!

Iāve been using these underpads for years with my clients during colon hydrotherapy treatments. Although we never intend on water coming out around the speculum, there have been times when clients leak or expel gas which forces water out around the speculum/rectal nozzle. These have been great to absorb water. They are high quality, never rip or tear, and have been my tried and true brand for years now. I would recommend them and give them five stars.

The product was exactly as described on the website. It is a high quality product that was exactly what I needed. I did modify the product to have a rail on both sides of the bed. I cut the piece to connect the both sets of side rails. It is perfect.
