I purchased 4 casters for my proheal stand assist. I replaced all 4 casters on my unit and one of the wheels has a ticking sound. I called to find out if this was a serious issue but I had to leave a voice mail. To this date I have yet to receive a call back!
Since switching to this mattress, my grandmother has been sleeping through the night much more comfortably. She hasn't complained about pressure points like she used to.
Who would want to ever need a chair like this but once you have to get it. It is good that this one is out there. It took all the guess work out of it. The quality and price are great!
