A comfortable shaped foam wedge designed to control abduction/contraction in the wheelchair.

Designed to prevent the leg abduction that can result from extended periods of sitting with knees held together. Recommended for wheelchair resident/patients with spinal cord or neurological injuries. Maintains four-inch knee separation.

Contracture Support: Tailored to accommodate existing flexion contractures, promoting better foot positioning and comfort.

Drop Foot Prevention: Aids in preventing foot drop, facilitating proper foot alignment and stability.

Enhanced Security: Features cushioned back and side panels to prevent feet from slipping off footrests, enhancing patient safety.

Durable And Easy Fit: Constructed with robust materials and adjustable straps, ensuring a durable and secure fit for most foot sizes.

Easy to Use
1. Place wedge between resident's/patient's thighs.
2. Place straps under and around thighs.
3. One strap has a strip of Velcro hook material sewn on it. Secure this strap-Vecro strip facing up - to the top of the wedge. Strap should fit snugly around thigh.
4. Place opposite strap over strap with Velcro strip and secure. Strap should fit snugly around thigh.

Easy to Care
Nylon wedge cover cleans easily with spray-type cleanser and a damp cloth. Do not use a cleanser that contains bleach. Lint and other particles may accumulate in Velcro hook material. These may be remove using a stiff brush.
