The Side Kick is an optional device that can be used along with the two-piece footrest extender (sold separately) to prevent the feet from slipping off the sides.

Skil-Care Side-Kick Add-on for Footrest Devices prevents the wheelchair users feet from slipping off the sides of the footrest extender pad. The vinyl-covered side panels are foam pads for comfort and they protect feet, ankles and lower calves against contact with metal wheelchair parts.

Contracture Support: Tailored to accommodate existing flexion contractures, promoting better foot positioning and comfort.

Drop Foot Prevention: Aids in preventing foot drop, facilitating proper foot alignment and stability.

Enhanced Security: Features cushioned back and side panels to prevent feet from slipping off footrests, enhancing patient safety.

Durable and Easy Fit: Constructed with robust materials and adjustable straps, ensuring a durable and secure fit for most foot sizes.

Installation
1. Remove footrest pad from footrest extender
2. Place Side Kick on base of footrest extender frame.
3. Place footrest extender pad on Side-Kick.

Easy Care
The Side-Kick frame and vinyl side pads may be cleaned with a spray-and-wipe cleanser. Accumulated lint and other particles may be removed from Velcro strips by means of a stiff brush.
