Safe & Sound Fall Mat is a multipurpose impact reduction floor mat. It can be placed next to a bed or chair of at-risk patients to cushion impact and help reduce injuries from falls. The mat is engineered with a thin, floor hugging perimeter with a gradual incline and anti-slide bottom.

Important Notice
- Skil-Care fall mats are designed to reduce fall impact, but they do not eliminate the risk of injury. Injury risks vary by fall height, direction, body contact points, patient health, and physical strength.
- Notify all staff that a fall mat is in place to prevent accidental tripping.
- To minimize bacterial exposure, store the folding mat above the floor (preferably on the headboard) and the non-folding mat in a designated area away from floor cleaning activities.

Easy Care
Clean the Safe & Sound Fall Mat with a spray-and-wipe cleanser. If disinfecting, avoid bleach-based products.

Easy to Use
Place the fall mat on the floor alongside the bed, ensuring no gaps between the bed and mat. Position the mat with the blue, logo-bearing side facing up. For the folding model, release the strap and fully unfold the mat before placing it. When not in use, fold and store it at the foot of the bed with its included tie-strap for secure attachment.
