    • FULL BED PACKAGE: This fully electric motorized hospital bed includes everything you need, including the adjustable bed frame, a vinyl-covered mattress, 2 locking and 2 unlocking casters (wheels), a large button remote controller, and full safety rails.
    • FIRM FOAM FIBER MATTRESS: The medical mattress is made with high-performance fiber and measures 84" x 36" with a 6" depth. The cover is an easy-to-clean vinyl in frost green. Inverted side seams make the bed more comfortable for patients.
    • FULL RAILS INCLUDED: These safety rails are spring-loaded and can be installed without tools! They are adjustable in length from 39.5 to 57.5 inches. An easy release button enables each rail to be independently lowered or raised simply. These universal rails are also compatible with Drive, Invacare, Medline, and other split spring hospital beds.

    You will get a great hospital bed but order a better mattress the one they send is uncomfortable.

    The bed was difficult to put together, instructions aren’t clear. You may want to pay extra to have it put together if you are not mechanically inclined. The mattress is cheap and uncomfortable, we ordered a different temporpedic mattress for $350, that didn’t hurt the patients back like the first one.

    They were prompt to fix the problem.

    They sent us a new bed, which arrived early this morning. My husband was able to fix the original bed, therefore they can come and pick-up the bed they delivered this morning. It's still on the skid and in the same location they dropped it off.We want to say thank you Amazon for your help, and thank them for responding as fast as they did. We appreciate it, and our son loves it. Thanks again.

    Amazing supplier support

    Original bed arrived within a few days of being ordered. Took a few hours to assemble. Has been working really well. Ordered half rails for electric bed. Recently the care facility requested full rails after mom suffered minor fall. Didn’t see full rails listed on Amazon just the full bed assembly so sent seller message at 5pm on Friday. They responded Sat that they were researching. They sent message Sun that someone would f/u with me Monday. First thing Monday got a call to place order for full rails. Order shipped by end of day and is expected by Wed. Can’t recall last time I had such great supplier support and follow up. So glad the rails are compatible with bed and the price was ver reasonable as well.

    Repairs are difficult to get.

    Difficult to get anyone to repair because it is private pay. I bought the bed in 2019 and Medline warranty expired. I have to buy another bed from a different company and not Amazon.
