Offers a force of resistance in a pool or other bodies of water.

Water resistive therapy is excellent for strengthening the upper body and offers less risk to strain than land based exercise. The product is also excellent for support and balance in the water. The Aqua Air Weight is manufactured from chlorine resistant vinyl and dries quickly. The air valve provides easy filling access and can be filled by mouth or with the optional air pump. Depending on the amount of air filled, the buoyant force will vary.

Adjustable Resistance: These weights can be filled with air to provide resistance from 3 to 10 lbs, allowing for easy control of resistance levels to suit individual exercise needs. This feature makes them ideal for resistive aquatic therapy, which helps strengthen the upper body while reducing the risk of muscle strain compared to land-based exercises.

Non-Allergenic and Comfortable: Made from non-allergenic vinyl and equipped with foam handles, these weights provide a comfortable and safe grip, making them suitable for prolonged use in water without causing skin irritation.

Easy to Use and Store: The convenient fill valve allows the weights to be easily filled using an air pump or by mouth. Available in four sizes, they are easy to hold and store when not in use, making them a practical addition to any aquatic exercise routine.
