The product is fine but after the shipping process took 10 days and finally arrived today ..Dec 26 we will not be ordering again unless a different delivery service is used .
The extra large posterior walker was good weight capacity wise because I am a 200-220lbs female and the capacity it holds is 250lbs I got that because I wanted to ensure that me pressing on it with full weight on it to stand wouldn't damage it. But at it lowest height it was terrible for me because I'm 5'0-5'1 at most and at its lowest height it's more suitable for someone 5'11. So I need to exchange for shorter with same weight capacity. It would be far easier to choose correct walker needed if the site asked for your height and weight and then gave you options based on your height and weight
Only had it 10 days. Easy to maneuver. Came fully assembled - just add leg rests. Comfortable enough, breaks were a little stiff at first but the rubber on the wheels softened somewhat, and the breaks are fine and secure now. Good overall value.
Needed to add bedrails to my mother in laws adjustable bed. They economical compared to other rails which did not fit. In fact I bough a second set to keep her legs on the bed. Good buy!
I was sent a bariatric chair which I cannot use , went through hoops trying to obtain a return authorization form , there is a restocking fee , hopefully it is the amount they quoted me , received the same chair from Amazon , one call , picked up the next business day
