Great sling, a little rough

The sling is great! If fits perfectly and gives the dupport where needed. The only issue are the straps. They are thick and very stiff. It is hard to pull the sling under the persons body as the straps tend to abrade the skin. Hopefully they will loosed up a little. Otherwise the sling is great. Thanks

Easy changeout

Replacement casters were simple to replace and took less than 5 minutes to complete. PROHEAL IS LIKE NEW AGAIN.

I have not a lot to say

Was this the best option out there? I don�t know but it seems to function correctly.

Does the Job

This mattress works as advertised and was easy to set up. Nothing really wrong with it, but it didn't exceed my expectations either.

Gets the Job Done, But Shipping Was Slow

Unfortunately, the shipment took over a week longer than estimated, and one of the boxes arrived looking pretty beat up. Everything was intact, but the overall experience could have been smoother.

Review of the chair

Here are my thoughts about the chair. It us a strongly built chair and it pushes very nicely. If I would have to change one thing it would be the matte finish of the paint.

Didn't realize the height wasn't adjustable

Good Bed With a Few Minor Frustrations

The adjustable height makes transfers much easier, and the rails help her feel secure at night. My only complaint is that the assembly instructions could have been clearer, and it took us longer than expected to put everything together. Once assembled, though, it's been reliable and comfortable. Also very grateful the price was not jacked up since the crisis in the middle east.
