Excellent choice

Excellent for people dealing with bed sores. Love the air flow variations. Quite operation, easy to clean. Great choice for bed ridden patients

Defective battery pack, circuit breaker reset broken.

Defective battery Pack, circuit breaker reset broken. Preparing for shipping was very poorly done.
There was no paperwork, no owners manual, and no warranty card. We think you shipped a defective unit.

The order was mishandled

On the "Prevail Premium Washcloths I received four boxes when I only ordered a pack of 2. Rather than sending them back, I distributed them to the maintenance people in my development spread out over 4 buildings. The question is why someone didn't check out the order before shipment? Now I understand that while I am of an older generation and a luddite with modern technology, someone should have questioned the size of the order.

This lift has made it possible for my wife to still have some quality of life. I can move her all about the house with ease. If it were not for this lift, she would be bedridden.

We are so grateful for the excellent customer service offered by ProHeal. Our adjustable-base sit-to-stand is the piece of equipment we rely on most, the one we can't do without in our efforts to ensure my husband can be cared for at home, so when one of the front wheels broke apart, I panicked. Tiffany was professional, reassuring, and incredibly helpful in meeting our needs.
