My full electric hospital bed arrived in two boxes, the first box rather quickly in four days. The second box, containing the footboard and headboard, arrived four days later. The box, delivered by FedEx, was damaged in shipping and left crumpled and open on the front porch. The damage had bent one of the legs on the footboard preventing assembly as the caster wheel would not slide in and bed frame would not raise up . Support responded immediately and asked for pictures, then after a couple days responded that a replacement footboard will be shipped in 2-4 days. We are waiting on that at the moment.
