Bar Good, Return Policy Not So Much

I ordered this bar for my 94-year-old aunt on a limited income to help her get in an out of bed. What wasn't clear was that it only works on some of the electric medical hospital beds and that if it didn't work, my aunt would need to pay for the return.
First of all, it came with no instructions on how to even install it, and, surprise, it didn't work on her bed. When I reached to them to return it, I was surprised that we were responsible for the return cost. Regardless, we put it in the original packaging ready to go. I received an email from ProHeal asking when Fedex could pick it up. I told them it was ready anytime, and then had a caregiver put it on the porch. The next morning there was a voice mail from Fedex saying there was no label on the box. Well, I didn't even call Fedex so ProHeal must have, so the box was picked up without a label. After three phones to Fedex and quite a few emails to ProHeal, we finally got it straightened out. Needless to say, my time should have been worth something, but they are still charging for the return. I would NEVER order from them because if it doesn't work, you are out money.

Heavy duty but not adjustable

The QBAR assist bars are heavy duty but were too short to be useful on our bed. They would be better if they had adjustable heights. When clamped onto our bedframe, there was considerable flex of the frame and so the assist bars did not seem solid enough.

Picture is a different item.

We ordered four sets for our assisted living. According to the pictures it should work for hospital beds however the picture of the rail on a bed and the actual rail are two different items. These rails are extremely short and barely come above the mattress and will not help anyone with transfers or stability. Very disappointed.
