Great sling, a little rough

The sling is great! If fits perfectly and gives the dupport where needed. The only issue are the straps. They are thick and very stiff. It is hard to pull the sling under the persons body as the straps tend to abrade the skin. Hopefully they will loosed up a little. Otherwise the sling is great. Thanks

Easy changeout

Replacement casters were simple to replace and took less than 5 minutes to complete. PROHEAL IS LIKE NEW AGAIN.

Didn't realize the height wasn't adjustable

Great Caster

The caster was great, and exactly the right one, but it would have been nice if they had included the size of the sockets needed for the two nuts that I had to remove, and reattach. I went through 3 socket sets looking for the appropriate one. It was also strange why they wouldn't accept my email with the .com added. I've never encountered that before.

Good Bibs

Bibs are nice & long. I like that they are absorbent on the front & repel liquid on the back. I ordered them for my Sister who lives in a memory facility.
I meant to order the tie-dyed but ordered the pink instead. I'll get tie-dyed next time !

Adult disposable bibs for seniors

These bibs are a great laundry saver. I do not have to wash any bibs, and I do not have to wash soiled shirts. I use these for my senior father at every meal and snack. They give full coverage, are totally waterproof and very simple to tie on. When done, I just tear it off at the tie end, and dispose. Very convenient. Great product.

Wheelchair pillow sent, NOT Leg elevation pillow

I have sent several pictures of the wrong item you sent me, even a picture of your pamphlet describing the different ways to use a wheelchair cushion and my receipt and ALL tags on the WHEELCHAIR CUSHION. Please sent correct item today.

My full electric hospital bed arrived in two boxes, the first box rather quickly in four days. The second box, containing the footboard and headboard, arrived four days later. The box, delivered by FedEx, was damaged in shipping and left crumpled and open on the front porch. The damage had bent one of the legs on the footboard preventing assembly as the caster wheel would not slide in and bed frame would not raise up . Support responded immediately and asked for pictures, then after a couple days responded that a replacement footboard will be shipped in 2-4 days. We are waiting on that at the moment.
