This was a gift to our father with parkinsons.
Do not order through amazon (nothing but problems) come directly to the site and order.

After finally receiving the order, the steering column was cracked, a wheel was completely missing and no battery or charging cable was included.
I contacted customer support and am waiting on a response. I will update review after this process is completed and Dad is able to actually use the chair.

This cane is much steadier than the regular quad cane I brought from Amazon. The feet are wonderfully spread wider. I love the fact that it has a nice supporting structure that allows for my right foot to move without bumping the edge. The cane also allows a setting for a left-handed person. Cane is too heavy for me. I use this cane at home only. I’m 207 lbs. I should not have purchased a Bariactric quad cane for up to 350 lb person. My reasoning for doing so was so incorrect. If I had not thrown the packaging away I would’ve exchanged it for a regular quad cane as opposed to the Bariactric version.
It is a great thing that I had also ordered a quad support tip. I was able to use it on an aluminum cane I’d brought last year from a pharmacy and I’m quite pleased with the added result.

I recently purchased a two thousand dollar Hoyer lift which was an unexpected purchased. When I received the unit, the emergency stop button was cracked. I called the company and the representative was terrible and hung up on me.
I emailed the company and Tiffany R responded to my complaint. After several emails and multiple days gone by, she told me there Quality Control Department could not replace the damaged know because I didn't buy the unit directly from them but from Amazon. I will never purchase another Item from this company and will express how dissatisfied I am to all my friends and family with this company lack of Empathy.

It took 1-month & week to finally receive my order and it was well worth the wait. It was backordered when I first placed my order and customer service agents provided excellent feedback about my order, though it was a call & wait for an email for the answer, they were perfect and they were also willing to refund my money.

FedEx delivered a big box to my door a day early...I do admit I was kind of suspicious because the box had ripped holes as if someone put their hand thru the box and the top to open the box was only taped on the sides.
The equipment is heavy to lift out the box, so I sat on a chair (recliner) tipped the box to the side, top facing down and the equipment slid right out the box as I lifted the box upward.

Glad to say everything was connected (wheels & seat) except for the handles...putting it all together was easy peasy, I didn't need to look at the hand book..All I had to do was remove plastic wrap & zip ties (my eyebrow scissor did the trick cutting thru the zip ties) & place the handles into the bars with a click & adjusting height of handles with the screws

Loved it, this is what this big large woman with arthritis knees, needed. It was so comfortable to sit on, loved that I can rest my arms on the handles, while sitting. Can't wait to walk everywhere.

Only con is it's heavy & wide like me😁

I have bought multiple Bariactric’ rollator and satisfied with my current one bought. Comfortable, steel construction, handling makes it the right one. Have bought other brands but have run into problems.
