I got on line to website found the parts i needed ordered them and recieved them in a timely manner.
I spent time inquiring if the handle was compatible with my mother's bed and was assured that it would work and it did! Very happy with the purchase. It solved my mother's problem! Service was responsive and helpful.
This sit-to-stand is sturdy, well
made and comfortable. The base expands to fit under or around chair legs, beds, toilets, shower chairs and the like. This is our second purchase. It makes it possible for me to care for my husband at home.
Your ads show the item folded for storage or transportation. It does not stay folded and that makes it VERY difficult for a person living alone to put it in their vehicle for transport. Engineer a way to lock when folded. Please

instructions are very vague, references a technical manual but is is not included. Proper instruction for tare weight not clear and I can’t get it to function. Don’t know the real patient weight. Very expensive for an item that you can’t take advantage of all the functions.
This was a gift to our father with parkinsons.
Do not order through amazon (nothing but problems) come directly to the site and order.
After finally receiving the order, the steering column was cracked, a wheel was completely missing and no battery or charging cable was included.
I contacted customer support and am waiting on a response. I will update review after this process is completed and Dad is able to actually use the chair.
Defective battery Pack, circuit breaker reset broken. Preparing for shipping was very poorly done.
There was no paperwork, no owners manual, and no warranty card. We think you shipped a defective unit.
