Wheelchair back cushion

I bought the back cushion lumbar support for my 90 year old mom. I was very excited and satisfied with the cushion when it arrived. Mom lives with my sister. My sister didn’t like the cushion when mom sat in the wheelchair. She said it made mommy sit
too far to the front of the wheelchair. So, I would like to return the cushion. Please let me know what to do to return the item.
