This soft pre-inflated anti-bacterial vinyl cushion makes any wheelchair seat more comfortable while providing pressure relief and redistribution.

Exposure to moisture, friction, shearing, chemicals, secretions, excretions, and other irritants influences pressure ulcer development. Friction and shearing are present when residents are pulled up in a bed or chair and could cause minor skin tears that could rapidly turn into pressure ulcers. Air Lock Cushions provide air flotation and pressure relief for bony prominences to prevent the development of pressure ulcers. 

Decubitus Prevention and Comfort: Designed to prevent decubitus ulcers (bedsores) while providing exceptional comfort, this cushion offers reliable pressure relief for long-term use.

Pressure Relieving Air Flotation Surface: Features an air flotation surface that evenly distributes pressure, enhancing user comfort and significantly reducing the risk of pressure sores. The cushion is shipped pre-inflated for immediate use.

Lightweight And Portable Design: The Air Lock Cushion's lightweight and portable design makes it an excellent choice for use in various settings, including wheelchairs, home chairs, and vehicles, providing consistent comfort wherever needed.

Durable And Easy To Clean: Constructed from heat-sealed anti-bacterial vinyl, the cushion is both durable and easy to maintain. The wipe-clean surface ensures quick and efficient cleaning, maintaining hygiene in various settings.

Installation:
1. Place cushion on wheelchair, valve side down with tie straps towards back of wheelchair. Secure cushion to back of wheelchair with straps.
2. Optional cover: open zipper and place cushion inside cover with flange toward the back of the cover with the valve facing the bottom. Bottom of cover is the black side. Close zipper. Adjust safety straps around chair and connect side release buckle.

Easy Care:
Clean cushion and cover with spray and wipe cleaning solution. Avoid bleach. Do not launder cushion or cover.

Caution:
Keep cushion away from open flame and cigarettes and avoid sharp objects from making contact with the cushion.
