I will never use Proheal again -this was an accidental order-I responded back to them via three emails, o e text message and one vmm(the order was placed at 7pm after hours) -I also had to call (text and email) them back the next morning as soon as they opened and they blew me off-they wanted the cash and told me the order went through-very disappointing. Best pad ever!
Actually, I purchased based on a review from another brand of pads. The reviews stated over and over how another brand was great but nothing like medline, but medline was too expensive. So I tried the medline. Wow! Nothing gets through this. I actually use them for puppy pads and they are well worth the money. They are slightly higher but you get what you pay for! I highly recommend!!

Very absorbent not adhesive at all, have to use tape to keep pad from moving at nighttime. The value is okay because pad is larger than any others and is very absorbent.

It does it's job! But if I had one complaint, it would be that it kinda sticks to me when I get out of bed and I have to pull it off of me and then have to reposition it when I get back to bed.

These are thicker than another brand I tried. They are absorbent and really hold liquid from leaking through. Plan on purchasing again when needed.
The product was exactly as described on the website. It is a high quality product that was exactly what I needed. I did modify the product to have a rail on both sides of the bed. I cut the piece to connect the both sets of side rails. It is perfect.
I ordered the Stand and Assist Sit on October 1st 2025 it is now Tuesday the 14th. I was told that it was shipped on the 3rd. After repeated phone calls they text me on Friday the 10th and now tell me it will be shipped on Friday October 17th and then I don't know how long it will be to receive it. Meanwhile My Wife fell on the 11th because I couldn't handle her, so back to the Hospital and now in rehab because of poor service by ProHeal. Now they ask me to review the product that they haven't even sent yet. Does it sound like I'm pissed, you bet. To be fare now the product is great, she used it in rehab the first time around and that is why I purchased it. If you buy I would recommend you purchase through Amazon I'm sure you will have a much better experience
