Mistaken purchase

Turns out we didn't need it as the battery we already had was fine. But......the old one is 2 years old and it's always good to have an extra. Right?

Before I had double wheels on the front. I like the single wheels in front because the lift handling so much better for those that push it!

Product just like the Original!

There were no defects in the wheels when I received them! The lift is a lot easier to drive! Now I know where to go for replacement parts Proheal!

Not Impressed

I ordered this chair overlay and it arrived quickly, nicely packaged but the owners manual that came with it was for a completely different model. I had some questions about the proper placement of the item and was told that i had to call the manufacturer. I calked the manufacturer and the person who answered the phone was of absolutely no help. Another call to Proheal who gave me the direct name and # of the person to talk to at the Mfr. i left a message for her but never got a call back. A real disappointment. The item works ‘Ok’ but it seems to bottom out on the seat while sitting on it. (i am nowhere near the weight limit) I would not recommend buying this item.

Front wheels

Would have liked to be able to just get the wheels. That iis all we used.

I need to return the brake wheels that were a mistake.

Bad mattress, bad seller.

Before I bought the mattress I called and asked if it would be a good choice for my disabled daughter with tailbone pain and potential for bed sores. I was told yes. The site says satisfaction guards well as easy 30 day returns. The mattress was HARD. Was told to give it a few days. We did. Still hard! We asked around and were told she should have an alternating air pressure mattress, which this places sells but didn't mention. Had to buy one elsewhere to put on this one. The one from here has a sunken spot now. ProHeal said we can't return a used item. Then said return it and apparently pay shipping and restocking fee and I need to find a mattress sized box to ship it in. I'm in my 70s and have no way to shove a mattress into a box. So I'm out the hundreds of dollars. If they hadn't been unknowledgeable when asking their advice on their own product before I ordered, I wouldn't have wasted my money. The bed made her pain worse and didn't even know enough to suggest a better choice. If you like a hard mattress you can't return and satisfaction is NOT guaranteed, go with this. Otherwise, save yourself from going in the whole money wise and mattress wise and go elsewhere.

The gel foam is very firm and comfortable. The size fits well with the lift chair that I am using. I’m extremely satisfied.
