On the "Prevail Premium Washcloths I received four boxes when I only ordered a pack of 2. Rather than sending them back, I distributed them to the maintenance people in my development spread out over 4 buildings. The question is why someone didn't check out the order before shipment? Now I understand that while I am of an older generation and a luddite with modern technology, someone should have questioned the size of the order.
