The ultimate in pressure relief, redistribution, comfort and support with an added firm foundation that levels all hammock wheelchair seat surfaces.

The Level Ultra Cushion is recommended for wheelchair users who require a firm foundation. Available in foam-only or gel-foam versions, the wheelchair positioning support cushion is made with a non-compressing firm foam foundation that eliminates the sling-seat hammocking that can cause spinal pressure. The incontinent-proof vinyl cover is included with every style, with factory-sealed seams that fluid can't penetrate. The contoured foundation rests below the wheelchair seat frame to seat the resident lower in the chair.

Ultra Cushion: The ultimate in pressure relief, redistribution, comfort, and support. This optimally reduces pressure and redistribution with a water-based gel surface that provides benefits of cooling.

Purpose
The Ultra-Cushion is recommended for wheelchair-bound individuals who require a firm-foundation cushion. Available in both foam-only and gel-foam versions.

Important Safety Feature
All Ultra-Cushion covers-vinyl or cloth-have tie cords that prevent the cushion from slipping off the wheelchair seat. For user safety, these cords must be secured to the wheelchair frame.

Cover Care Instructions
Vinyl covers may be cleaned with a mild spray-type cleaner and damp cloth or sponge. Cloth covers can be removed for laundering. Do not launder or dry cloth covers at temperatures in excess of 180°F (82°C). Bleaching is not recommended.
