I've been using bladder products for almost 2 years, so I'm pretty familiar with the quality of many that are on the market. Prevail are the best (for me). The pads are absorbent and have a good amount of tape for staying put. I wear 2 at night - with a diaper - and though that's bulky and uncomfortable, it has nothing to do with the pad itself. I hope Prevail overnight products stay around and never change unless it's for the better!!!
