The Fall Prevention Foam Bolster Mattress Cover is a safety device designed to help prevent falls out of bed for individuals who are at risk for falling or have difficulty getting in and out of bed. It is made of high density foam and has a defined perimeter that helps to create a secure and stable edge around the bed. The foam bolster mattress cover is easy to install and fits over most standard beds. It is a comfortable and practical solution for fall prevention in the home or in a healthcare setting.
