Easy to Use
- Place the slide sheet on the bed with the smooth side facing down.
- Lock the bed into position and position the patient in the center of the slide sheet according to your facility’s patient handling procedures.
Resident Transfer
Using the handles on the slide sheet, one or two staff members can easily slide the patient to a stretcher, gurney, or another surface.
Caution
- DO NOT use the slide sheets to lift patients; they are intended only for sliding, repositioning, or transferring patients.
- Patient positioning should adhere to your facility’s patient handling protocols.
- DO NOT use with patients who exceed 400 lbs.
- Before each use, check the slider sheet for signs of wear and replace as necessary.

The slide sheet is not launderable but can be wiped clean using disinfectants.
