Working out so great. We would not be able to take care of father in law after severe stroke without it.

    A great help.

I would give this lift a one star for assembly problems. It had to be sent to a machine shop, at additional cost to me to grind and machine down metal left in the interior of the bumper adjustment channel which prohibited the insertion of the bar. It was caused by a drill pushing material into the interior. If a test assembly or quality control inspection had been done, the unit would have never been sent out like that. It should have been returned, but I am bedridden and unable to get things done in a timely manner. Be careful when purchasing this unit.

    Not like picture shows it

This is what I got. Not like what the picture showed. Hadn't used it yet. I needed help assembling it. Lots of pieces. Not as big as I thought it could be. Got this as a gift for my husband.
