This positioning bolster system combines two 30Âș bolsters and a detachable absorbent pad.
This Multi-function positioning system provides a secure positioning surface for side lying residentâs which is an important feature where it is necessary to off-load pressure from the coccyx region. Also when one or both of the bed rails are lowered the bolster system prevents the resident from rolling off the bed. The system also prevents entrapment between the bed and mattress.

Easy to Use
This Bed Bolster System is designed to be used on standard mattresses or over a low air-loss mattress. When used in conjunction with a low air-loss mattress, use Bed Support Bolster System with Mesh w/o Pad model. Also, if a bed pad or diaper is used, use special purpose models designed for that use.
When model Bed Support Bolster System w/Pad model is used place the absorbent bed pad over the nylon base and match the VelcroÂź tabs and press down. You will note that the blue micro-fiber fabric is facing âUpâ.

Caution
This system is not designed for lifting except from bed to the wheelchair for residents under 180lbs. When used over a low air-loss bed, make sure that if the resident is wearing a diaper, it is designed for air flow, refer to model Bed Support Bolster System with Mesh w/o Pad.

I ordered this walker to put over my walking pad because I have balance issues. It's the perfect size in height and width and so much better than the hand rail on the walking pad. So glad I discovered this walker.
This lift has worked perfectly for our needs. It was easy to set up and also is intuitively easy to operate. It takes some strength to roll it over carpet but itâs still manageable. One drawback is I wish you could tell the battery life without plugging it in. Also, I had purchased the extra battery but sent it back because it doesnât come with a charging base. It needs to be attached to the unit to charge which makes having it as back up battery not very useful. Other than those two drawbacks, itâs a very nice product thatâs well made, safe for our loved one and simple to use. I would highly recommend this product.
