I purchased 4 casters for my proheal stand assist. I replaced all 4 casters on my unit and one of the wheels has a ticking sound. I called to find out if this was a serious issue but I had to leave a voice mail. To this date I have yet to receive a call back!
Arrived in perfect condition and expanded quickly. It was ready to use much sooner than I expected. Comfortable from the very first night.
Since switching to this mattress, my grandmother has been sleeping through the night much more comfortably. She hasn't complained about pressure points like she used to.
Who would want to ever need a chair like this but once you have to get it. It is good that this one is out there. It took all the guess work out of it. The quality and price are great!
Was this the best option out there? I dont know but it seems to function correctly.
The packaging was thought out. It was very heavy though so just be careful.
