Avert unwanted exits or monitor access to closets and cabinets using the Skil-Care Door and Window Alarm. The adhesive backing of the Skil-Care Door and Window Alarm securely attaches the alarm to a door or window in seconds and will immediately alert caregivers of access upon opening and automatically resets when closed. The economical Skil-Care Door and Window Alarm features a switch to change between off mode, chime, or buzzer.

Preventative Safety Measures: These Skil-Care products provide critical preventative safety measures, alerting caregivers to potential risks such as patient falls, wandering, or unsupervised movements, essential in both healthcare facilities and home care settings.

Caution:
- Intended only as an aid in patient/resident monitoring. It is not a substitute for caregiver supervision.
- Check battery before each use. If alarm is weak or fails to sound, replace all 3 batteries. Use LR44 or AG-13 batteries.
- If alarm fails to sound after batteries have been replaced, discontinue use of product.
- Check alarm regularly to make certain that selector switch is in the CHIME or ALARM position.
